The Estonian Philharmonic Chamber Choir (EPCC) is a mission-based cultural organization, whose main activity is the performing and recording of Estonian culture and music. The areas of the EPCC’s activity include concerts, recording and diversifying music education. All donations made to EPCC are being used only for the purposes of EPCC’s mission and activities. The areas of the EPCC’s activity include concerts, recording and diversifying music education.
Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (with all the documents named in it) are the entire agreement between you and EPCC relating to your right to access the www.epcc.ee in terms of making a donation. By making a donation payment to EPCC through www.epcc.ee website, you affirm to enter into this agreement and confirm that you have read these Terms of Use and accepted them
How to make a donation?
If you would like to make a donation to EPCC, please choose the menu “Support us” on the site www.epcc.ee and read the information about the ways of supporting EPCC. The easiest way to support our activities is by making a single or a continuous donation. If you would like to make a donation, please select the option “Donate”. You will be displayed the payment form on the screen. Please fill in all of the required fields of the payment form, insert the desired amount and choose the most suitable payment method provided by Maksekeskus AS.
Payment methods
You can support EPCC’s activities either by making a single or a continuous donation. Please note that your payment to EPCC will be paid outside www.epcc.ee securely via the following payment methods provided by Maksekeskus AS:
- Estonian bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank
- Visa / MasterCard credit card payments
NB! When using a bank link payment confirm the order and then click on the ‘Return to merchant’ button.
NB! Continuous donation can be made only by using a credit card payments.
The currency of donation is Euro (€).
Conditions of tax return
The EPCC is foundation that operates in the public interest of Estonian Republic and has entered in the list of associations benefiting from income tax incentives giving our donors an opportunity to receive income tax incentives from donations and gifts. Donations to the EPCC by tax residents of Estonia are tax-deductible, meaning that citizens of Estonia can get a tax refund on their donation.
If you would like to get tax refund please choose the option of „I would like to apply for tax refund” on the application form while making your donation to EPCC and fill in your first name and your personal identification code. The EPCC has the obligation to transfer the personal data of donors and their donation information to the Estonian Tax and Customs Board in order to apply tax return. The amount of the donation will be automatically taken into account on your pre-filled income tax return form.
The deductions for the citizens of Estonia are in total limited to 1,200 euros per taxpayer during a period of taxation.
For resident legal persons (organization), the income tax is not charged on donations made during a calendar year in an amount not exceeding one of the following limit values:
- 3 per cent of the amount of the payments subject to social tax.
- 10 per cent of the profits for the last financial year.
NB! Tax deductions described in these Terms of Use apply only for the tax residents and citizens of Estonian Republic. For more detailed information about tax refund, please consult your own tax advisor.
Privacy and processing of personal data
Personal data is processed and stored by Estonian Philharmonic Chamber Choir, who is the controller of the personal data. The EPCC observes the principles relating to personal data processing provided by legislation and, among other things, processes personal data in a lawful, fair, and secure manner. The controller is able to declare that personal data has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the legislation. The EPCC uses the personal data entered by the donor only for processing the donation and tax deductions. The personal data necessary for the execution of payments is transferred to authorized processor Maksekeskus AS and to the Estonian Tax and Customs Board in order to apply for the tax deduction.
The EPCC stores your personal information on your permission and sends you newsletters only if you have expressed your wish to receive them by entering your e-mail address on the website and indicating your desire to receive direct mail.
The donor is able to opt-out of EPCC’s newsletters sent to their e-mail address at any time by letting us know via e-mail epcc@epcc.ee or by following the instructions in a newsletter.
